I am greeted immediatedly when I walk in, offered a beverage, and given notice of any wait times due to mixing color etc. I wanted a change and Karen is patient and kind in her consult-since I cannot articulate in "stylist" terms what I truly want. She makes sure that she takes into concern my complexion and what would work with my skin tone. She is creative and careful to do what you want.
